About The Company
The company was started by Tony Fowler who has a vision on how childcare, and sports clubs can evolve as a business and as a service.
The company’s vision is to facilitate local communities to share childcare and other activities within schools, communities, leisure centres & local parks/sports facilities.
About the COO
My name is Tony fowler, and I am a problem solver at heart who always looks to solve problems.
From the age of 16 years old I’ve worked in multiple industries such as sports coaching, Education, Caretaker, Sales, Childcare & Facilities management.
I started my career as assistant football coach for Millwall’s community program and after that I spent most of my career working within the childcare and sports coaching industries building my reputation into what it is today.
I now have the vast range of knowledge from crisis management, problem solving, straight talking, a spreadsheet mind-set, great organisation skills, very punctual, very good at pattern recognition, able to come up with out of the box solutions to problems that require these types of solutions and very good instincts.
Company Vision
My vision for the All-Rounded Sports is to organise local communities’ hubs and facilitate local sports clubs around london and within 10 years become part of the national curriculum within schools by having life-skills lessons being taught within the school network.
- Setup community activities in the south east area of London.
- Become Ofsted Registered.
- Lauch After school clubs and Holiday Camps across the London area.
- Employ the correct infrastructure that will accelerate the process from 10 years to 5-7 years.
